Visit

Your child's first visit to the dentist can create a lot of anxiety and fears for both you and your child. Or entire staff is well trained and dedicated to helping you and your child overcome those anxieties and fears. We have found that one of the keys to accomplish this is through communication. At your initial visit, we will take time to sit with you and your child in a private consultation room prior to the appointment and explain what to expect and answer any questions or concerns there may be. When children are very young or very anxious we often do what is called a knee to knee exam which allows the child to sit in mom or dad's lap during the appointment. You can expect your child's visit to last approximately one hour. We do ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
