About Dr. Miller
Dr. Miller was born in Princeton, Indiana. He attended college at the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville, Indiana, where he graduated with honors in pre-dentistry. Graduating in 1976 with honors from Indiana University School of Dentistry, he then went on to complete a two-year pediatric dental residency at James Whitcomb Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Dr. Miller has practiced in Newburgh since 1978. He is married with three children. His wife is also a dental hygienist.

He is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Academy of Pediatrics, American Dental Association, Indiana Pediatric Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, the local First District Dental Association and is on staff at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville, Indiana.

Being a pilot, Dr. Miller enjoys traveling and visiting close friends. Other interests include playing saxophone and singing at church. Seventeen years of his past included singing in a rock-n-roll band. He also enjoys painting with watercolors, as well as other forms of art.

The proudest accomplishments involve his family and seeing his children grow into successful Christian adults.

 

About Dr. Cook
Dr. Cook was raised on a small farm in Brazil, Indiana. He received his Bachelor of Science with high distinction from Indiana State University. He then attended Indiana University School of Dentistry, where he graduated with high honors. Dr. Cook completed a two-year residency at James Witcomb Riley Hospital for Children, where he received a certificate in pediatric dentistry and a Master of Science in Dentistry. During his second year of the program, Dr. Cook had the honor of being Chief Resident of the pediatric dental program.

While in residency and dental school, Dr. Cook made three trips to Calnali, Mexico, located in the Sierra Madrid Mountains, where he provided dentistry for the under-served children. During his last trip to Mexico, he was involved in dental caries research and is going to have the research published in a dental journal.

Dr. Cook and his wife enjoy spending time with friends and family. At the moment, their children consist of a Golden Retriever and a cat. In his free time, Dr. Cook enjoys playing golf and any outdoor activity.
